Fear Not Factor

Christmas at Trinity will begin with a production performed by Rock Solid Choir along with all of Adventureland.  On December 3/4, our students will present the “Fear not Factor” as we remind our church about the message Jesus came to bring.  Saturday night will be our Opening Night with a Desert and Coffee Reception and a loot bag for every child who celebrates with us!  Christmas information sheets are available at all Adventureland stations.  The one big difference this year is that Adventureland kids are invited to join us at all three services.

Rock Solid Dress Rehearsals and Performances (Sign-in/Sign-Out for ROCK SOLID CHOIR kids ONLY is in the Music Room/Green Room)

Wednesday, Nov. 30–6:15-7:45pm Final Dress Rehearsal

Any kids in ROCK SOLID CHOIR with solo or duet parts, please try to arrive at 5:30 pm in the Music Room to run through some additional details.

For parents of Rock Solid Choir kids who have committed to bringing snacks (fruit tray, veggie tray, cookies, oranges, juice boxes) please remember to drop off the items prior to the first Sunday morning service when you drop off your kids.  This will help us immensely as we organize and set out the food for the performers to eat between services.

Adventureland Rehearsals for November (Sign-In/Sign-Out for Adventureland Kids ONLY is in their classrooms–the same as on the weekends)

Dear Adventureland Families,
Christmas is just around the corner!  And that means that so is our Christmas production – “Fear Not Factor”!  This year, Adventureland is performing at all weekend services on the December 3 & 4 Weekend!  We hope you’ll join us for our Saturday night Opening Performance as well as one service on Sunday—or join us for all three! As we approach the performance weekend, here are a few friendly reminders:

·         Sunday, November 27 – 2:45 – 5:00 pm is our first Dress Rehearsal.

o   Please drop off your kids in their classrooms just like you would for a weekend service.

o   Sign-in and sign-out will take place outside the classrooms.

o   Parents of Preschool kids, please pick up your children at 4:00 pm.

o   Kids should be dressed in black pants or dark jeans, a black shirt with no writing or logos, and black socks.  Students will not be wearing shoes on stage.

·         Wednesday, November 30 – 6:15 – 7:45 pm - Final Dress Rehearsal for Grade School Kids Only.

o   Please drop off your kids in their classrooms.

o   Sign-in and sign-out will take place outside the classrooms.

·         Saturday, December 3 – 5:30 pm service — Opening Night

o   We are asking all Adventureland students to be in their classrooms by 4:50 pm.

o   We will be heading down to the Auditorium at 5:10 pm SHARP to get into position.

**Unfortunately, by 5:15 pm, we will not be accepting any more arrivals.

*There will be loot bags for all the kids as well as a Dessert and Coffee Reception to celebrate the Opening Night performance.

·         Sunday, December 4 – 9 am service

o   Please be in your classrooms by 8:20 am.

o   We will be heading down to the Auditorium at 8:40 am.

**Again, we cannot accept any students past 8:45 am.

·         Sunday, December 4 – 11:00 am service

o   Please be in your classrooms by 10:20 am.

o   We will be heading down to the Auditorium at 10:40 am.

**Again, we cannot accept any students past 10:45 am.
*Snacks will be provided between the 9 am and 11 am services for those students who are performing in both Sunday services.
